1. Who we are

Blink Ads is a paid-advertising analytics and optimisation tool operated by CÔNG TY TRUYỀN THÔNG KĨ THUẬT SỐ BLINKATZ, 224/136/13 Đường số 8, Phường Bình Hưng Hoà, Quận Bình Tân, TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Contact: rick@blinkatz.com.

2. What the service does

Blink Ads connects to YOUR OWN Meta ad accounts to (a) read campaign, ad set and ad performance; (b) compare it with the KPIs, orders and customer lists you upload; (c) suggest daily-budget increases or decreases based on rules you set.

We only change the DAILY BUDGET of a campaign or ad set after an authorised member of your company clicks Approve. We never create, delete or edit ad creative, and never touch payment methods.

3. Data we collect

• Account data: email, hashed password, name, company/brand name.
• From Meta: ad account list, campaign / ad set / ad names and status, budgets, daily metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, messaging conversations started, deep-conversation counts).
• Meta access tokens, encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage.
• Files you upload: orders (date, order id, product, revenue, status) and chat customer exports (date, assigned agent, tags, product line, ad id). Phone numbers are NOT stored in readable form — only a one-way hash used for counting and matching.
• Activity log: syncs, imports, rule edits and every budget change with approver and before/after values.

4. How data is used

• To show reports, diagnostics and suggestions inside your own account.
• To carry out budget changes you approved.
• We do NOT sell data, do NOT use it to advertise for others and do NOT share metrics between customer companies.

5. Storage and security

Data is stored on servers in Vietnam over HTTPS with nightly backups. Each company only sees its own data; viewing, importing and approving are role-based.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, export and request deletion of your data at any time, and revoke Blink Ads's access in Meta Business Settings. See the Data deletion page.
