By using Blink Ads you agree to these terms. Updated October 21, 2026.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for only connecting ad accounts you are authorised to manage.

2. Suggestions and decisions

Suggestions are based on platform-reported data and the rules you set, and may lag or differ from reality. Budget changes happen only after your team approves them; final decisions and resulting ad spend remain yours.

3. Uploaded data

You warrant that you have the right to use the order and customer data you upload and have informed your customers as required by data-protection law.

4. Liability

The service is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect losses caused by ad platforms changing policies, retiring APIs or restricting accounts.
